RECRUITMENT WORKSHOPS:

Learn best practices for conducting a “sports-style” youth recruitment event and methods for recruiting volunteers.

  • Planning and promotion
  • Room layout and volunteer needs
  • Hands-on activities for youth
  • Utilizing technology and online registration
  • Setting expectations with parents
  • Next steps and follow-up

Attend a Recruitment Workshop and your unit will qualify for free digital advertising!

NEW FOR 2019: The Cradle of Liberty Council will cover the cost of targeted advertising on its Facebook page for your unit’s main fall recruitment event provided that:

  1. At least one adult from your unit attends a Recruitment Workshop.
  2. Your unit submits the details of their recruitment event to occur in August, September or October no later than June 28.
