It doesn’t matter if you just joined Scouting or have 20 years under your belt as a Scoutmaster: you can learn something new. Scouting trains all of its adult leaders, as well as its youth leaders. Youth leadership training is critical to the success of the Scouting program at the Scouts BSA and Venturing level, because the youth carry out the program and work with fellow members to reach program goals set for the year.
If you have any questions about training, accessing your training, password issues with my.scouting.org, please send a email to helpdesk@colbsa.org and we will help you with your questions.
All direct-contact leaders MUST take Youth Protection Training to be a part of the BSA.
